A Practice of Coming Home
Slow, spacious, soulful yoga in Barnet - A return to body, breath, and self.
I'm Hélène. Yoga teacher. Trainer. Writer.
I teach yoga in a way that is slow, spacious, and soulful.
My relationship with yoga has grown and deepened over many years. It has supported me through movement, change, and the natural cycles of life. It has sharpened my intuition and taught me to listen to my body, and that is what I bring into everything I teach.
My classes are not about performance or pushing. They are about pausing, breathing, and sensing. I offer space for your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and for you to meet yourself as you are.
I teach in Barnet, North London, group classes, private sessions, workshops, and a teacher training for qualified yoga teachers ready to build a private practice of their own.
My approach is rooted in simplicity, curiosity, and the belief that strength doesn't have to be loud. Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after some time, or looking for a more grounded way to move and breathe, you are welcome here.

Private Yoga
Yoga that meets you exactly where you are
Private yoga is the most personal form of teaching there is. No group to keep up with, no sequence to follow — just your body, your breath, and a session designed entirely around you.
I teach one-to-one in your home, in Barnet and the surrounding area. Whether you are new to yoga, managing an injury, or simply ready for something more than a group class can offer — this is where real change happens.

Classes and Workshops
A space to practise, pause and connect
My group classes are slow, spacious and welcoming — open to all levels, rooted in breath, and never about performance. I also run seasonal workshops and women's circles for those who want to go a little deeper.
Classes are held at Church House, High Barnet.

The Art of Teaching Private
For yoga teachers ready to teach privately with confidence
This is my flagship CPD training.
40 hours, Yoga Alliance Profesionals accredited, designed for qualified yoga teachers who want to build a private practice that is skilful, sustainable and truly their own.
Over two weekends in October and November, we consolidate and deepen everything you learned in your teacher training — and take it further. Adapting to individual needs, navigating home environments, pricing your work with confidence, and building a practice that lasts.
